I compiled the information for this site from a combination of the following sources.  I read through the sources listed below and summarized them on this site, trying to accurately portray the events that happened on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. I have also tried to mention the controversial issues and give an explanation to which I believe to be correct.  All pictures were either scanned in or copied off of the following sources.  For a more in depth look at the Titanic and related items, I highly recommend most of these sources.  I have listed the titles of the sources, with a link to a page with more information on the source when applicable, you can find most of these sources at Amazon.com.
